I stayed for two nights in a Standard King Room, and I was absolutely thrilled with the location—just a short walk from Pier 39 and other attractions. The outdoor area had fire pits and games that made relaxing in the evening a blast! The staff were friendly and accommodating. the carpet in the room could use an upgrade as it looked a bit worn.

Absolutely loved the outdoor courtyard with games and fire pits! The location is ideal, just steps from Fisherman's Wharf and Pier 39. Our room was cozy and comfortably accommodated our family, making it perfect for downtime after sightseeing. However, the cleanliness of the room could definitely be improved.

Had a great time with unique outdoor games and the s'mores kits were a fun touch! The king bed was super comfy and perfect for a restful night's sleep. Would definitely come back!

Fantastic location steps from Fisherman’s Wharf. Our Double/Double Guest Room was clean and comfy with essentials like a flat-screen TV, hairdryer, and coffee machine. Enjoyed evening hangouts by the fire pits in the courtyard with s’mores kits. Plus, the fitness center was a nice perk to break a sweat. Great family vibes!

The location is fantastic, just a short walk from popular attractions. I enjoyed the cozy fire pits in the courtyard and the fun outdoor games, making it great for families. However, the room needed some maintenance, and there was a musty smell in the corridor that detracted from the experience.
